The world of advanced customization is unusually brilliant and colorful. From the solemn and stereotypical women image of ElieSaab to the Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli’s new interpretation to the Valentino girls.
Dolls wearing the low-waist miniskirts, cute pink, thick and disorderly and lovely flat shoes, these elements are all conveying the design theme of the designers: the dark side of first love. The two designers primarily use the nude color to show a fresh tender Lolita-like feeling and emphasize the aesthetic charm with the simple design and exquisite details. And the “birdcage” style is rather memorable.

Emotional image of young girls should be the most appropriate expression of such “dark side” theme, but rendering in the Valentino style is more impressive. Meanwhile, in order to attract more and more favors of younger buyers who have become the backbone of the VIP front row, the brand has tried its best to make the advanced customization associated together with the “generations who love Twilight “.

Little chiffon black skirt with the flash fabric, oyster white crepe box-shaped jacket, nude colored lace high-waist A-skirt, both sides of the draper-type bows…… maybe one at this time, you can see such Valentino Girls. They are not with the sweet silly, there are also something of melancholy and treasonous thoughts behind the flash black satin skirt and pink flowers translucent doll dresses.
Obviously, Chiuri and Piccioli were struggling to try to describe high-level customization in different ways, but for the discreet and serious traditional buyer, this great show was not enough to meet their all expectations of the top luxury brand.
